Talk Eichler with Boyenga Team
BOYENGA TEAM | COMPASS · THE PROPERTY NERDS FIELD GUIDE
Use this Sunnyvale map as a starting point for your Eichler research. Explore streets, compare routes and open Street View before arranging an in-person visit. The map shows city context—not verified Eichler tract boundaries or homes for sale.

Open Sunnyvale in Google Maps for a larger view and available route tools. This opens the city location shown in the map below.
Use the city map above for local streets and routes. Use the regional atlas below to explore how Sunnyvale fits into the Bay Area’s Eichler landscape.
Buying: open the legend, focus on the Santa Clara County layer and make a shortlist of neighborhoods to research. Compare actual properties using our Sunnyvale comparison guide.
Selling: use the atlas to understand the broader architectural context a buyer may explore. A pin does not establish a comparable sale or a home’s value; pricing requires current property-specific evidence.
Planning visits: use a neighborhood pin as a reading prompt, then enter the exact destination and travel time in Google Maps. Leave the illustrative distance-line layer off unless you want a general geographic comparison.
This is Boyenga Team’s existing editorial atlas. Inherited neighborhood profiles, counts and dates need independent confirmation. Pins are not legal boundaries, an inventory of every Eichler, school assignments or available listings. Geographic lines are not driving routes or commute estimates.

Open the larger Google Map and explore available street-level imagery. Look at the relationship between the home, street, driveway and neighboring buildings. Check the imagery date: landscaping, construction and exterior condition may have changed. Street View is a useful preview, not a substitute for a visit or a property inspection.
Enter your own destinations in Google Maps and compare driving, walking, cycling or transit options where available. Try the times you actually travel. Save a short list of questions about parking, access and street activity to revisit in person. Travel estimates change and are not a commute guarantee.
For each home, record what you observed, when you visited and what still needs verification. Separate facts from preferences. A bright living room at one hour does not establish all-day light; a quiet afternoon does not establish every evening.
Street and approach: note the entry sequence, driveway, pedestrian access and visible changes in neighboring rooflines.
Light and privacy: consider glazing, orientation, fences and sightlines without entering private property.
Indoor–outdoor connection: during an authorized tour, compare access to the atrium or yard and how rooms connect.
Daily life: test the routes and amenities that matter to your household rather than relying on broad neighborhood rankings.
Records: ask for available plans, permits and improvement history. A map or photograph cannot establish legal boundaries, permitted work or a home’s architect.
Follow-up: write one question for the seller, one for an inspector and one for your real estate advisor.
Start with our 15-neighborhood Eichler portal or neighborhood comparison guide. Use the research to understand context, then verify the specific property.
